Book Character Day

Yesterday our school held Book Character Day. Students in 2/3A came dressed as a character from their favourite book. We also held a Cake Auction to raise money for the school.

Our class went on a mini beast hunt with bug catchers today.

We used magnifying glasses to sketch our mini beasts, work out its size, colour and how it differs from other mini beasts.

Our class has been learning how to classify mini beasts. Two groups of students chose to classify them according to their colours and whether they had wings or not.
